You can download the current version version at:

http://skylark.berlios.de/skylark-current.tar.gz or http://skylark.sourceforge.net/skylark-current.tar.gz

If the download stucks, just use 
wget -c <url>
This should work!
If you use Win9x or Win CE/me/NT or Win2000, you need extra software like getright or gozilla!
Search Google for it!

Download via anonymous ftp

Or you can download the current version via ftp at:

ftp://skylark.berlios.de/ or ftp://skylark.sourceforge.net/

Login as: anonymous
The password is: <youremailaddress@yourprovider.whatsoever>

Then change the directory to /pub/skylark/ where you will find the current files in the format: 
skylark-xxxxx.tar.gz
xxxxx is the version number. The highest number is the current version!
